ABOUT
Thank you for visiting Honored Body Health! I'm Jordan, and I am so passionate about partnering with people who want to heal!
I was born and raised in DFW, and after an exciting career in surgery, both as a surgical technologist and a registered nurse, I felt called to find a way to meet patients at the other end of the healthcare spectrum, before disease and illness led to a need for surgery or hospitalization.
I consider it an honor to walk alongside each individual on their unique journey to prevent disease, promote wellness, and support the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

I accomplish this in a non-conventional way, and that's how I like it.
The way I do things is based on years of practice in the more traditional world of 'functional medicine', endless training and education by the world's top experts in my areas of practice, and my unwavering faith in the miraculous creation that is the human body.

I have found that the best way to make the most lasting impact on someone's health is to work very closely with them on a frequent basis and to only work with a very small number of highly motivated clients.
I am board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and also passed the FNP boards for the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, although I chose not to maintain my certification with them, as Nurse Practitioners are only required to hold one. (I just wanted to take both tests because that is the type of curious cat I am.)

I graduated Summa Cum Laude (3.9-4.0 GPA) with both my Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University, and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University. I will begin my Doctorate of Nursing Practice in January 2025.

Our bodies were designed to heal, and it is my great privilege to help you tap into the incredible power within you!
